Two veterinary experts (both licensed veterinarians and specialists) testified as to the misconduct committed by Louis Schwartz, DVM and California Animal Rehabilitation, Inc. Both experts submitted declarations in the course of the litigation that described the ways in which the defendants committed malpractice.
